Remarks Allergen-PTs (qualitative / quantitative) - Accredited Programs - Four Samples with Gluten in a Flours are provided for qualitative and quantitative determination. These samples were prepared adding the allergenic ingredients. The evaluation of results will be qualitative and quantitative. For information DLA calculates a recovery rate for the "positive"-samples. Any suitable method can be applied for analysis.
