Remarks | Allergen-PTs (qualitative / quantitative) - Accredited Programs - Two Samples with Allergens in a Food Matrix are provided for qualitative and quantitative determination. One of these samples and the "Spiking Level Sample" were prepared adding the allergenic ingredients. The "Spiking Level Sample" contains the allergens in a simple matrix in similar amounts. The evaluation of results will be qualitative and quantitative. For information DLA calculates a recovery rate for the "positive"-sample and the "Spiking Level Sample".
