The requested parameters are the most important value-determining attributes like the egg content in mayonnaise as well as technologically relevant parameters like preservatives. A lot of toxin producing and spore-forming yeasts and moulds ubiquitous occur in the environment and the air and can be analytically detected in different foodstuffs (e.g. milk products or fruit preparation).
