Remarks With the different PT-schemes in the field of the fruit and vegetable products we offer a high quality assurance program for the most popular sauces and basic ingredients for many further foodstuff throughout the world. The requested parameters are the most important value-determining attributes like the egg content in mayonnaise as well as technologically relevant parameters like preservatives. A lot of toxin producing and spore-forming yeasts and moulds ubiquitous occur in the environment and the air and can be analytically detected in different foodstuffs (e.g. milk products or fruit preparation). This proficiency testing is designed because the produced mycotoxins can possibly cause allergy and mycosis. Because of the ubiquitous environmental circulation Listeria can occur in almost all raw foodstuffs like meat, poultry, seafood, ice cream, vegetables and raw milk products. Especially the most prominent pathogenic member Listeria monocytogenes can possibly cause the serious infectious disease Listeriosis with variable clinical syndromes.
