Anmerkungen | The PT objectives are: - To assess the performance of laboratories that perform analysis on foods in general presumptive count of B. cereus in plate, comparing their results with the robust consensus average of all participants and setting the best estimate of reproducibility that can be obtained from test published in the scientific literature, protocols, interlaboratory tests and results of the proficiency tests carried out by LACM® / Metrology Division in recent years - This performance will be evaluated through the use of food samples with natural contamination of B. cereus, which will allow the participating laboratories to evaluate their performance under the same analysis conditions as the routine ones.
