| Remarks | Cereulide is the cause of a recent recall of infant formula from the European market. P2627-RT is designed for the quantification of cereulid in infant formula by LC-MS/MS based on methods like DIN EN ISO 18465:2017-05 or similar. LOQs of at least 1 µg/kg are required for participation. Two test materials are provided. One of the test materials is spiked, while the other one is a commercially available material with contamination. The results are evaluated - with respect to the trueness criterion (70 to 120 % recovery of the spiked level, spiked material only), and - with respect to the comparability criterion (|z-score| ≤ 2). | |||||||||
