The scheme is intended for laboratories that evaluate paints and coatings film properties (hardness, thickness, adhesion, impact, gloss, density, drying, wettability and related physical tests), including laboratories working under ISO/IEC 17025. Since its launch in 2006, the scheme has been organised annually without interruption.
