Anmerkungen Ink constituents can migrate from the packing material to foodstuff. According to the consumer protection, the analyses of foodstuff with regard to ink constituents are of great importance. At the same time the need of information for repeatability and comparability of the used analytical methods increases. The DRRR offers a customized quality assurance system to ensure the accuracy of the testing of migration of printing inks. In two different prficiency testing rounds per year different acrylates and initiators can be assessed. This proficiency testing program complements the proficiency testing program on migration of printing ink constituents: With synthetic samples the participants can show the comparability of their testing results whithout the performing the migration process.
