| Anmerkungen | Allergen Swab Test I: Gluten (Wheat), Milk (β-Lactoglobulin, Casein), Mustard and Peanut (2 Test Surfaces per Allergen, qualitative) Allergen Swab Test (qualitative) Test items: 8 test surfaces (approx. 30 cm² each) Methods: As an analytical test method after swabbing of the surface, the Lateral-Flow-Test is particularly suitable. ELISA, PCR and LC/MS can also be used. Procedure: There are 8 test surfaces possibly containing the allergenic parameters for qualitative determination. 2 surfaces are to be tested per allergen (one of each is positive). The amounts are in the range of 10 - 100 µg/test surface. Evaluation: The evaluation is exclusively qualitative (positive/negative) with indication of the obtained agreement with the consensus values of the participants and the spiking of the surfaces.
