The scheme is intended for laboratories that evaluate duplex stainless steels for detrimental intermetallic phases according to ASTM A923, including laboratories working under ISO/IEC 17025. Since its first operation in 2007 the scheme has been organised every year, without interruption. In that time more than 40 laboratories from 23 countries have taken part, making each ILC exercise part of a long-standing series of comparable international results. | ||||||||||||
