Anmerkungen Different proficiency testing schemes are offered to cover the relevant concentration ranges. Each proficiency testing type is designed in the following way: a set of 3 samples in the displayed concentration range is provided. In general one blank sample is part of the sample set. So the participants can demonstrate their ability to ensure the accuracy of their results in different concentration ranges. This proficiency testing scheme is designed for all laboratories which do Aflatoxin, DON, Fumonisin or Ochratoxin testing of cereals within the scope of their test program. To cover the relevant concentration range this proficiency testing type is designed in the following way: a set of 3 samples in the displayed concentration range is provided. In general one blank sample is part of the sample set. So the participants can demonstrate their ability to ensure the accuracy of their results in different concentration ranges. This proficiency testing scheme is designed for all laboratories which do Zerealenone, DON or Aflatoxin testing of cereals within the scope of their test program.Since soya can lead to allergic reactions the use of soya proteins in food has strongly increased, it is of great importance to identify and quantify soya protein in food. This proficiency testing scheme is designed for all laboratories which do soya protein testing within the scope of their test program.
