Remarks The microorganism E.coli is part of the intestinal microflora of humans and warm-blooded animals. Furthermore E.coli is used as an indicator organism for faecal pollution and hygienic parameter in a lot of different foodstuff like milk products, meat products or fruit juice. Therefore we developed and established the present proficiency testing scheme. In the field of cooperation we developed and established PT schemes in the matrix fruit juice concentrate and beverage compounds for the fruit juice industry. Potential microbiological spoiling agents belong to different germs like yeasts, moulds, lactobacilli or acetic acid bacteria that should be alternating analysed in the present PT schemes. This proficiency testing is an excellent tool for your extern assurance for sensory analysis of foods. In addition it serves as recognizied proof of the compentence of your testing panel in the external appearance. The sensory triangle test is one of the most important sensory difference tests and an established quality assurance measure. The comparability of the organoleptic testing is the necessary prerequisite. With our proficiency testing schemes you can ensure the comparability of your organoleptic testing and demonstrate this in external representation.
