| Anmerkungen | The purpose of this proficiency test (PT) is to evaluate the quality and reliability of vehicle inspections carried out by participating centers, in order to ensure road safety and compliance with national requirements. For this purpose, a reference motor vehicle, previously characterized in each inspection field, will be circulated among participants. Each participant will conduct the inspection and, according to the Vehicle Technical Inspection Manual, determine whether the vehicle is approved or failed for road traffic. This exercise is based on the following national regulations: Law No. 3859/09, which establishes the Vehicle Technical Inspection System in Paraguay. Council Resolution No. 4/12, Annex 1: Vehicle Technical Inspection Manual and Defect Interpretation Table. Decree No. 6139/2011 of the Ministry of Public Works and Communications, which approves the National Regulations for Vehicle Technical Inspection, Article 4: Classification of Motor Vehicles, aligned with MERCOSUR/GMC/RES Resolution No. 35/94. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
