Anmerkungen

Allergen-Screening (qualitative) 4 Samples (20g each) with Allergens in a simple Carrier Matrix are provided. The evaluation of results is strictly qualitative with indication of the obtained agreements with the consensus values of the participants and the spiking of samples. All parameters are contained in 2 of 4 samples providing 2/3 and 1/6 of the new Action Levels (VITAL 4.0, 2024). For analysis ELISA (+ Lateral Flow), PCR and LC/MS can be applied. Quantitative spiking levels are given in the reports.
