| Remarks | P2427-RT is designed to cover pesticides with complex residue definitions. Some residue definitions include metabolites, degradation products, conjugates, etc., which are usually not covered by common ring tests. A list of relevant pesticides is provided in advance. The results are assessed with respect to the correct identification of the pesticides and related compounds, the correct quantification with respect to the comparability criterion (z-score ≤ |2|), the correct quantification with respect to the trueness criterion (70-120 % recovery of the spiked level).
