The scheme is intended for laboratories that evaluate electric cable product and construction requirements (PVC and halogen-free flexible/fixed cables, power cables, LV test methods, photovoltaic cables and UL wire/cable test methods), including laboratories working under ISO/IEC 17025. Since its launch in 2005, the scheme has been organised annually without interruption.
