| Remarks | The purpose of this PT is to verify the quality of the inspections carried out on motor vehicles in order to guarantee their safe transit, for this purpose a pattern consisting of a motor vehicle will be circulated, characterized in each of the fields to be inspected. Each participant will have the possibility to carry out the inspection and, according to the technical vehicle inspection manual, approve or fail the vehicle for land traffic. This exercise is based on: - Law 3859/09 that creates the Vehicle Technical Inspection System in Paraguay. - Council Resolution No. 4/12 ANNEX 1 Vehicle Technical Inspection Manual and Defect Interpretation Table. - The categorization of vehicles based on Decree 6139/2011 of the Ministry of Public Works and Communications, which approves the National Regulations for Vehicle Technical Inspection, in its Article 4 Classification of Motor Vehicles, which in turn is based on the MERCOSUR/GMC/RES Resolution No. 35/94. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
