Remarks Allergen-Response of processed allergenic Ingredients 5 Samples of a differently processed Allergen are provided for qualitative and quantitative determination a simple Carrier Matrix as well as a „Blank Sample“ (Carrier Matrix). The individual processed ingredients of the samples are mixed gravimetrically by DLA each from at least 4 industrially manufactured products. The analytical methods are optional.
