| Remarks | The next PFAS in Water PT will be run in July/August 2025 and has three samples. This study will also include a pilot program focusing on analysis of Total Fluorine, Total Organic Fluorine, and ultrashort-chain and short-chain (C1 to C4) PFAS which will be provided free of charge and is not scored. Please let us know if there is a particular analyte you would be interested in seeing added to this scheme. Surplus of test samples from previous NMI studies can be used for method validation and quality control and are available for sale. A catalogue with the QA samples available for sale is available on request. A discount to the participation fee is also available for participants that sign up to analyse all samples in several NMI PT studies ahead of time. This PT Scheme is also available as a Rapid Study. These Studies are not run on a pre-defined schedule, and are available on demand for the requirements of an individual laboratory. We consult directly with the laboratory to help them design the study with the necessary analytes, matrices and concentration levels, and in a time period that works best for them. Once results are submitted, we aim to complete and return the Final Report after five working days.
