Remarks This PT is accredited with ISO 17043:2010, acrylamide is not accredited. The potato chips and acrylamide are free. The PT will consist of 1 round, approximately 100g of wheat flour and a blank item will be distributed to each participant, along with a 100g sample of potato chips. Laboratories will screen for pesticides in the wheat flour and report the detected and quantified pesticides through TestQual's website. Check the possible pesticides in the protocol. Acrylamide will be analysed in the potato chips and reported through the website too. The statistical analysis is based on Harmonic Protocol from IUPAC and ISO 13528 into force, after running a robust statistical analysis the assigned value will be calculated from the consensus of the participants.
