Remarks This PT scheme is organized by the External Quality Assurance Programs Committee, with more than 30 years of experience, and is certified according to ISO 9001: 2015. The main objective of this PT scheme is to assess, for each laboratory, the frequency and type of sample errors (rejections) that occurred in the preanalyti-cal phase, attributable to blood drawing, manipulation and collection.
