KOAC•NPC is the leading independent specialized institute for research and consultancy in entire area of civil engineering, with emphasis on road construction elements. KOAC•NPC performs tests and research and provides consultancy into characteristics and (environmental) behaviour of building and road materials and pavement surfaces. Expertise is transferred through courses and training. The company employs approximately 120 staff and personnel spread over four places and three divisions:

KOAC•NPC’s mission is to strengthen its leading roll by active innovation and marketing strategy. The Business Development division was set-up to assist the three divisions in their development of new products and markets in and outside The Netherlands. KOAC-NPC is a PT provider with almost 50 years of expirience in civil engineering and road constructions. Our PT schemes are operated in compliance with ISO/IEC Guide 43-1 and ILAC Guide 13. We have organized nearly 90 proficiency tests for the Netherlands and provide this also now for german and european laboratories
