It is easy to list a PT scheme on the EPTIS database. Please complete our questionnaire for each PT and send it to your local EPTIS coordinator, who will take care of your request. In the U.S., please contact your coordinator first for a quotation. Your coordinator will also help help you with any amendments to your existing database listing, or any delisting of outdated entries. What are the conditions for inclusion in the database:
Historically, EPTIS also offers you a further (but voluntary) questionnaire in which you can make statements about your management system. Its questions are based on ISO Guide 43-1. This questionnaire, however will be restructured to comply with ISO 17043 or completely taken off the air in the next one or two years. You find it here. Please complete it only once for all PT schemes that are similar in their operation.
